Mail your shirt in
Send us your shirts that needs a new collar and/ or cuffs to Salepager LLC #293, 1159 2nd Avenue New York, NY 10065. Use the chat to discuss any questions and confirm your order. For free shipping you can also arrange an in-person drop off or pickup.
Optional: have measurements taken for Made to Measure shirts
We can take measurements for you based on the shirt you send in order to let you order Made to Measure shirts. Simply specify with support if you would like to order a new bespoke shirt along with getting your existing shirts repaired. If you have a particular pattern in mind and share a photo we can source similar fabric for you. Choose from 9 collars, 11 cuffs, 3 front placket, 11 pockets; 3 pocket flaps, 1 epaulet, 2 fonts of monograms, 14 button choices; also some colour threads for embroidery. We use collar stay collars. You can choose from over 100 fabric swatches and if you have a particularly unique pattern in mind let us know and we can source fabrics for you!
White contrast collars and cuffs or choose a different fabric
We will replace your frayed or worn out shirts with white contrast replacement collars and cuffs. We can support barrel cuffs, French cuffs or any cuff type you specify. We will off course use collar stay collars. If you prefer a different color than white, simply let us know and we can work with you to select an appropriate fabric, we have over 100 fabrics.
We mail the shirts back to you along with your new bespoke shirt
We then mail your shirts back to you with a new collar and cuffs. We will mail it back to the same address you mailed it us to from. You will also receive any Made to Measure shirts you ordered in the same package.

How can I save on shipping?
The easiest way to save on shipping is to send multiple shirts at once to spread the cost of shipping across different shirts. Alternatively, if you live nearby you can drop off the shirts in person after coordinating with support.
What makes this Made to Measure service unique?
There is no need to book a fitting, a trunk show or use an app. Just send us your best fit shirt and we will take measurements for you!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by check payable to Salepager LLC or Zelle (collarreplacement@outlook.com or reach out to support for the QR code). Make sure to include $15 for domestic return shipping fee unless you coordinate an in-person drop-off /pickup.
What button will you use for the shirt collar?
We always make sure the button matches the other buttons on your shirt. The default is a white button but we can use any of the following buttons for your shirt collar and cuffs to ensure it matches the other buttons on your shirt placket: White, Off White, Faux Pearl Off White, Mother of Pearl White, Navy, Faux Pearl Navy, Horn Pattern, Black, Mother of Pearl Black, Red, Orange, Green or Yellow. We can also use reuse your existing collar button.
What size do you use for the replacement collars?
The default is that we replace your shirt collars with a new collar in the exact same size and style (unless otherwise specified). If you want a different size for your new collar, reach out to support to discuss your preference! We can add a larger collar.
Can you make my cuff a Convertible Cuff?
Yes! We can add a button hole to an existing cuff in order to make it convertible!
How does it work?
Mail the dress shirts you want to replace the collars for to #293, 1159 2nd Avenue New York, NY 10065. We will replace them with white contrast collars and cuffs and ship them back to you.

Can I send in multiple shirts for collar replacement?
Yes, you can send as many shirts as you like in one order. Just specify the number of shirts and their respective collar sizes on the contact form. This is a great way to save on shipping!
What is the turnaround time?
Estimated turnaround time is 4 weeks. Use the chat to contact support with any questions. For Made to Measure shirts we will return the best fit shirt you shipped to us for measurements when we send you your brand new shirt to you!
