White contrast collars and cuffs or choose a different fabric
We will replace your frayed or worn out shirts with white contrast replacement collars and cuffs. We can support barrel cuffs, French cuffs or any cuff type you specify. We will off course use collar stay collars. If you prefer a different color than white, check out our fabric selection and let us know.
Optional: Order a new custom shirt perfectly matched to your measurements
If you’d like, we can create a new custom shirt using the measurements of the shirt you send in — ensuring a reliable, familiar fit. We begin with your existing size and can adjust to your preferences (for example, increasing the collar by ½ inch). You may choose your preferred collar and cuff style (Classic collar is our standard), select from our available fabrics, and request details such as a monogram. Two spare buttons are always included, and we can add an extra collar and cuffs for extended wear. Your measurements are saved on file for easy reordering in the future — no need to send another shirt.
We Return Your Shirt — Ready to Wear
Your shirt is carefully packaged and shipped back to the return address provided, complete with its new collar and/or cuffs. Any made-to-measure shirts ordered will be included in the same shipment. For made-to-measure orders, your measurements are saved on file for easy reordering — no need to send another shirt in.
FAQ
What is the turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time is 30 days from the time your shirts arrive. In December the turnaround time may be a little longer due to holiday rush. If there are any delays we will notify you.
What button will you use for the shirt collar and cuffs?
We always reuse your existing shirt button in order make sure the button on the collar matches the other buttons on your shirt placket. We can also add a new button in any of the following colors: White, Off White, Faux Pearl Off White, Mother of Pearl White, Navy, Faux Pearl Navy, Horn Pattern, Black, Mother of Pearl Black, Red, Orange, Green or Yellow.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by check payable to Salepager LLC or Zelle (collarreplacement[at]outlook.com see below). Please include a check when you mail the package to avoid delays. Make sure to include $15 for domestic return shipping fee. We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover etc.) for a 4% convenience fee.

What size can you use for the replacement collars?
The default is that we replace your shirt collars with a new collar in the same size. We can also make collars and cuffs larger or smaller! If your shirt collar shrunk we can restore the original size for you or enlarge it if you outgrew your current size. For example we can fit a 16.5 inch collar onto a 16 shirt!
How does the mail-in process work?
Simply mail your shirt to us using your preferred carrier. Once it arrives, we log it, perform the requested alteration, and ship it back to you. If we have any questions about your order, we contact you before proceeding.
What is your 12-month warranty?
We stand behind our workmanship. All collar and cuff replacements are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date your shirt is returned to you. If there are any issues during that time, we will repair it at no charge.
How can I save on shipping?
• You may reuse packaging from a e-commerce online order.
• Avoid Priority Mail, it's more expensive and there is no need.
• Bringing your own box to the post office typically costs less than purchasing one there.
