Whether you need alterations to an existing shirt, want to replace the collars and cuffs, change the size of your collar, or order a new made to measure shirt or blouse we are here to help. Consultations are 100% free and no obligations. Please specify your shirt collar size so we can best assist you. We can replicate an existing shirt's measurements. Mail your shirt in
Send us your shirts that needs a new collar and/ or cuffs to Salepager LLC #16, 217 E 70th St New York, NY 10021. Include the tag form for your order specifying your preferences. Include a check made out to Salepager LLC with your order, or remit by Zelle at collarreplacement@outlook.com (no fee) or credit card (4% processing fee). To save on shipping you can reuse packaging from a previous e-commerce order. The post office usually charges more if you need to buy a box versus bringing your own. For free shipping you can also arrange an in-person drop off or pickup. Let us know when you ship the package so we keep an eye out for your shirts!
White contrast collars and cuffs or choose a different fabric
We will replace your frayed or worn out shirts with white contrast replacement collars and cuffs. We can support barrel cuffs, French cuffs or any cuff type you specify. We will off course use collar stay collars. If you prefer a different color than white, simply let us know and we can work with you to select an appropriate fabric.
Optional: Specify how many new custom shirts you want
We can take measurements for you based on the shirt you send in ensuring a perfect fit. Specify with support how many Made to Measure shirts you want. We will use your existing shirt size but can adjust based on your specifications i.e. add half an inch to the collar size. View the cuff and collar types in the Gallery (Classic collar is our default). We recommend cocktail cuffs also known as turnback cuffs which were worn by James Bond. Let us know if you want a monogram embroidered. Two spare buttons are always sewn in. We can include an extra collar and set of cuffs (for a modest charge) made from the same fabric to ensure your your shirts last a long time. You can use a different fabric for the inside of the collars and cuffs to jazz up the shirt. See our current fabric selection here.
We mail your repaired shirts back to you with their brand new collars and cuffs
We then mail your shirts back to you with a new collar and cuffs. We will mail it back to the same address you mailed it to us from. You will also receive any Made to Measure shirts you ordered in the same package. If you order Made to Measure shirts your measurements are stored and can be used for easy reorder in the future without needing to send a shirt in.
FAQ
How can I save on shipping?
The easiest way to save on shipping is to send multiple shirts to spread the cost of shipping. You can also reuse a box from a previous e-commerce order. The post office charges more if you buy a box versus bringing your own. If you live nearby, you can drop off the shirts in person after coordinating with support.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Reach out to support with the name and email of the gift card recipient and we will issue a gift card for a custom shirt for you to give to them! This is a great holiday present!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by check payable to Salepager LLC or Zelle (collarreplacement@outlook.com or reach out to support for the QR code). Please include a check when you mail the package to avoid delays. Make sure to include $15 for domestic return shipping fee unless you coordinate an in-person drop-off /pickup. We also accept credit cards for a 4% convenience fee.
What button will you use for the shirt collar and cuffs?
We always reuse your existing shirt button in order make sure the button on the collar matches the other buttons on your shirt placket. We can also add a new button in any of the following colors: White, Off White, Faux Pearl Off White, Mother of Pearl White, Navy, Faux Pearl Navy, Horn Pattern, Black, Mother of Pearl Black, Red, Orange, Green or Yellow.
What size can you use for the replacement collars?
The default is that we replace your shirt collars with a new collar in the same size. We can also make collars and cuffs larger or smaller! If your shirt collar shrunk we can restore the original size for you or enlarge it if you outgrew your current size. For example we can fit a 16.5 inch collar onto a 16 shirt!
What collar and cuff style can you use?
You can see photos of the supported collar and cuff styles in the Gallery including the Cocktail cuff. Please select from there what styles you want and let us know.
How does it work?
Mail the dress shirts to #16, 217 E 70th St New York, NY 10021 along with a check made out to Salepager LLC or Zelle payment (collarreplacement@outlook.com). We will replace them with white collars and cuffs and ship them back to you.
How can I order Made to Measure shirts?
Pick a fabric, collar style and cuff style. Email your order to collarreplacement@outlook.com to confirm. Mail your best fir shirt in or arrange an in-person drop off. We will measure for you and make a brand new custom shirt to send back to you.
Can I send in multiple shirts for collar replacement?
Yes, you can send as many shirts as you like in one order. Just specify the number of shirts and their respective collar sizes on the contact form. This is a great way to save on shipping!
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 6 weeks from the time payment is rendered. For shirts received between December 15 and January 15th the turnaround time is 8 weeks due to holiday backlog.
