Salepager LLC operates Collarreplacement.com, offering both new shirt sales and professional garment alteration services, including collar replacement.

1. Alterations & Fit Guarantee (Free Redo Policy)

We stand behind the quality of our alteration work.

If there is an issue with an alteration:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will provide a free redo or adjustment if the issue is due to our workmanship

Redo Eligibility:

  • Item must be returned in clean condition

  • Issue must be directly related to the original alteration performed

  • Redo requests do not include new or different customization requests

Important Notes:

  • Alteration services are not eligible for refunds

  • Our obligation is limited to correcting the original work through a redo when applicable

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased from Collarreplacement.com.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

4. Refunds (New Products Only)

For eligible non-custom, non-altered products:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Altered or customized garments, including collar replacement services or any modifications performed on customer-owned or purchased items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Any item that has been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Due to the custom nature of alteration services, all alteration work is considered final sale.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
